BRANDON J. ANAND, ESQ.
MANAGING ATTORNEY

Brandon J. Anand serves as Managing Attorney of ANAND LAW.  He has expertise in a variety of practice areas including business, real estate and entertainment.

Brandon has represented a variety of parties, from individuals to multi-national organizations.  He has successfully represented foreign entities in international disputes, American corporations in maritime disputes and consumers with all aspects of financial hardship. Brandon represents major label recording artists, producers, award-winning actors, managers and professional athletes.

After the recent foreclosure crisis, Brandon developed a practice to represent distressed homeowners who had fallen victim to unscrupulous lenders utilizing a multi-pronged approach, including: state and federal litigation; negotiation and restructuring/modification of debt; and Chapters 11 and 13 bankruptcy. In addition to allowing borrowers to maintain home ownership, Brandon has secured sizeable monetary compensation for those who have been wronged by the banks.

AIMÉE SCALA, ESQ.
OF COUNSEL

 

Based in Los Angeles, Aimée Scala’s practice focuses on litigation as well as transactional law, particularly in the areas of fine art, copyright, trademark, and media law. Aimée represents clients in a variety of creative fields, including the visual arts, photography, publishing, and entertainment industries.

Aimée graduated cum laude from Columbia University in 2004 and graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2013. During law school she chaired Brooklyn Law School's Art Law Association, was a student representative on the Art Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, and interned in the chambers of two federal judges in the Southern District of New York. She was also a member of Brooklyn Law School’s Faculty Hiring Committee. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and works with the executive committee of the Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Section to organize panels and events in the area of Art Law.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Aimée was the photo editor of Artforum magazine from 2004-2013. She is familiar with many different facets of the art world, from scholars and researchers to artists and galleries, as well as museums, auction houses, libraries, archives, and nonprofit arts organizations of all kinds. Her extensive professional background in the arts informs her analysis of client matters.

Mr. Nabi serves as of counsel to ANAND LAW. Mr. Nabi runs a client oriented law practice in Orange County that prides itself on client communication, satisfaction, trust and zealous advocacy. His firm provides creative and diligent work that helps people reduce or eliminate debt and give a renewed sense of freedom.

Having been born and raised in Orange County, his office takes every opportunity to give back to the County of Orange.

NATASHA L. HILL, ESQ.
OF COUNSEL

Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Natasha L. Hill earned her degree in Sociology in 2003 from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, and her JD from Southwestern University School of Law in December, 2006. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2007.

While in law school, Ms. Hill took advantage of alternative law courses that allowed her to give back to the Los Angeles community. She taught high school students through a Street Law course that focused on legal issues facing students turning 18, and received the LeBeouf Scholarship to teach basic principles of Constitutional Law to middle school students. Ms. Hill remains actively involved in her community by volunteering with various organizations and mentoring youth.

Ms. Hill’s practice areas include business litigation, entertainment law, and real estate law. She has experience litigating in both State and Federal Court.
